One more reason to visit Media Temple

Today I’d a small outage with my hosting for architexture.ca and that i e-mailed Media Temples support to determine what’s track of it. After posting a support ticket I had been approached minutes later having a message saying there is a small problem as well as their technicians were considering it. Now here’s the clincher, where most serves I’ve worked with previously would basically brush the problem underneath the rug, Media Temple really follows up after they’ve fixed the issue. I really like they message me after its fixed to inform me what went down. Here’s a part of their email response:

“Earlier today our engineers taken care of immediately something disruption around the storage segment your hosting account resides on. We required immediate measures to restart the affected storage segment. All services happen to be restored and therefore are fully operational at this time around.

We wish to apologize for that performance items you have lately seen together with your service. We’re working continuously night and day to avoid and resolve these problems continuing to move forward. Apart from making certain rapid recovery from all of these issues once they occur, we wish to condition this is one thing that’s positively being done to prevent situations such as this moving forward…”

Again, I really like this type of service! Webserve would run scared when there is an problem, passing blame around employees for just two days before the problem was worked with.
